The event features an impressive roster of top experts from the United States, the Mediterranean region and Australia as well as culinary demonstrations and oil and food tastings. Speaker presentations will focus on the global movement to upgrade the middle- and high-end of the olive oil market.

Most recently, in the 2012 edition of the influential Flos Olei guide to olive oils, it received an astounding 97 points out of a possible 100, which was the highest score of the 1,000 olive oils reviewed.
