Back to back gastronomic events hit Madrid!

Millesime Madrid kicks off next week from October 1-3rd in the Pavilion de la Pipa in Madrid’s Casa de Campo, followed by new initiative Millweek from October 4-6th.

The professional segment of this three-day luxury gastronomic event will bring together top notch Spanish chefs including Manuel de la OsaPaco PérezPaco RonceroKiko MoyaÓscar VelascoSergio TorresMarcos Morán and Ramón Freixa, among others; as well as a roster of international culinary masters. Additionally, for the first time ever, Millesime Madrid will then open its doors to the public from October 4-6th, giving people the chance to get up close and personal with some of the world’s most fabulous haute cuisine.

 

This gastronomic fair, dubbed La Edición Millweek by Mahou, will feature recipes and dishes from top chefs and restaurants, as well as luxury gastronomic products, including Spanish hams and wines.

 

For this event, 24 top Spanish chefs, including Francis Paniego and Mario Sandoval, will be offering bite-sized portions of their award-winning cuisine, in a modern setting created by seven of this country’s most important design and architectural studios.

 

 

Another feature of this gastronomic event is that eager diners can reserve a table in one of Millesime's two restaurants and enjoy menus that have been specially created for this event by Michelin-star chefs such as Manuel de la Osa and Kiko Moya.
