Andalucía Sabor, International Fine Food Exhibition
The Andalucía Sabor, International Fine Food Exhibition is targeted at food professionals. It is organized by the Regional Government of Andalusia Department of Agriculture and Fishing and it is held every two years in Seville (Andalusia).
It is an appealing event that specializes in food from Andalusia and is a great chance to boost the region's position in the national and international market. The exhibition brings together regulatory councils, agri-food businesses, distributors, restaurants, hotel and catering businesses and other partners.
The program of activities includes tasting sessions and tasting menus featuring quality products from Andalusia, such as extra virgin olive oil and Ibérico ham, ham cutting contests and presentations given by regulatory councils. As well as the exhibition area, Andalucía Sabor organizes the International Haute Cuisine Conference (Congreso de Alta Cocina Internacional) at which elite international chefs share knowledge and perform live cooking shows.
