The 2011-2012 Gastronomy Workshops is a catering training event organized by the San Lorenzo Hotel and Restaurant School, the Lleida Hotel and Restaurant Federation and the Huesca Provincial Association of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Business Owners. The program features eight interesting teaching sessions led by well-known chefs and by experts from the Spanish gastronomy scene.
Sergio Sancerni Gudel and Diego Salamero Peralta, both from Flor de Barbastro restaurant in Huesca, Aragón, have planned a program in which they will be making the following dishes:
• Something to whet your appetite. Essential!!
• From field to plate.
• Getting into the water.
• Some meat please!!!!!
• Who could refuse a candy?
• Coffee never walks alone.
The session will be rounded off with a set menu dinner in Lillas Pastia restaurant in Huesca, Aragón. The price is €85.
The 2011-2012 Gastronomy Workshops are aimed at professionals and proprietors of establishments belonging to the Huesca Provincial Association of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Business Owners, the Zaragoza and Province Association of Restaurant Owners and the Lleida Hotel and Restaurant Federation. The workshops are also open to students and teachers at the San Lorenzo Hotel and Restaurant School in Huesca.
The total price for the whole series of workshops in 395 euros, but members of one of associations listed above will get a 45 euro discount.
