Madrid Sabe 2012. 1st Gastronomic Event with Food and Recipes from Madrid

At this gastronomic event the participating restaurants offer menus prepared fully with food and recipes from Madrid. The goal, once again, is to promote the richness of regional cuisine from Madrid, and to show the general public the most traditional dishes.
The restaurants that are part of MADRID SABE will be offering traditional menus prepared using local products: D.O. Vinos de Madrid wines, olive oil from Madrid, meat from the Sierra de Guadarrama mountains, honey and traditional cheeses from the towns in the Sierra Noroeste mountains, asparagus and strawberries from Aranjuez, legumes from the Sierra Norte mountains, melon from Villaconejos, etc.
These menus will be available from June 1 to 24, 2012, with a fixed price, that is, with VAT included, and at least one kind of D.O. Vinos de Madrid wine on the side. The prices of the menus will also be adapted to and in keeping with the current situation, while offering an excellent price/quality ratio at all times.
