Aimed at all enthusiasts and fans of gastronomy, cocktails or first-class table service; for chefs, maîtres and other restaurant and catering professionals, whether they are currently working or not; this company has a track record of delivering pioneering online training programs and has now set up a new practical teaching center in Madrid. The name of the school is "Estudios Superiores Abiertos de Hostelería".

The base chosen for providing face-to-face teaching is the upper floor of the Café de Oriente (Plaza de Oriente, 2) in Madrid. The café opened in 1983 and its central location in Madrid's Hapsburg district makes it a great meeting point. Now, from 2012, it is also a training venue where eight teachers lead a wide range of practical sessions.

The classroom has its own separate entrance and can hold up to 25 students. It has spectacular views over the Royal Palace and a fully equipped kitchen This fantastic teaching center can also be hired for lectures, working breakfasts, master classes and the like.
