Cookery Course: Tapas, Pintxos and other miniatures

The A Punto center in Madrid is much more than a library specializing in gastronomy and wine. Here, visitors can also learn to cook, and on this occasion the school offers a workshop specializing in miniature cooking led by the resident chef Ariel D’Avila. The following dishes will be cooked during this course:

- Ajoblanco with red wine gelée
- Eggplant compote, crystallized onion and goat cheese mille-feuille
- Mussels with curry and seafoam
- Tuna in tempura with paprika and Piquillo peppers
- Ibérico sirloin steak with apple and Cabrales cheese gratin

All A Punto workshops provide an English interpreter to make sure you don't miss anything during the preparation of the dishes. The price of this workshop is 40 euros and you can apply for your place through its courses section.
