Want to know more about the excellence of Murcia’s rice-based dishes? You’re in luck. The ‘Arroces de la Región de Murcia’ open day at the Centro de Cualificación Turística in Murcia city, starting on 4th November, aims to give attendees a privileged view of the region’s rice cookery.
Among dishes to be presented at the Open Days are Arroz y verdura (Murcian vegetable rice), Arroz con conejo y caracoles (Rice with rabbit and snails) and Caldero (the famous fish-based rice dish originating in the coastal towns of Murcia).
The course, which is held in the evening and lasts for four hours, has a cost of 12 euros and a maximum number of 15 pupils.
