Kitchen Club is an unusual culinary centre in the heart of Madrid, in one of the city's liveliest and youngest neighborhoods, just behind the legendary Gran Vía street. Kitchen Club has several areas, including a cookery school that runs regular classes teaching cutting-edge cuisine, seasonal cuisine, desserts, traditional cooking, tapas, cocktails, international and vegetarian cuisine, etc. Every session or course is rounded off with a lunch or dinner at which everyone can try each others' creations.
Managed by Carlos Pascal and under the skilful culinary leadership of the renowned chef Andrés Madrigal, Kitchen Club is much more than just another cookery school. Its premises can be hired by companies, tour operators, travel agencies, and so on, for providing a tailor-made culinary program to suit customers' needs.
The aim of all the courses is to create a atmosphere in which people can have fun and learn, whether they are taking their first steps in cooking or they already have some experience. Customers include a high proportion of tourists from outside Spain and professionals who come to Madrid for trade fairs and business meetings. To cater for these customers, the course brochure includes sessions taught in foreign languages such as English, French, German and Japanese.
