Fina Puigdevall gives reign to her passion for cooking at this beautifully restored Catalan farmhouse, with a very contemporary interior that received the 2003 Fad design award. In her kitchen she uses the best local produce from the Garrotxa district, like Santa Pau kidney beans, free-range fowl, maize, ratafia (liqueur obtained from fruit juice), snails, wild boar, trout, truffles, turnips, mushrooms and herbs to create surprising and seductive culinary ideas. The cheese cart and variety of breads and extra virgin olive oils are another strong attraction for customers.
