One of the best known arrocerías (rice restaurants) in the region of Valencia. Its starters and any of its rice dishes are recommended. They have been open since the 1960s and boast that they have not closed for a single day. The brothers and sister Salvador, Juan José and Concha, offer polished service and traditional cuisine on the banks of El Estany, a lovely fresh water lake near to Cullera. In 2006 the restaurant published a book of 90 recipes from the history of the business, The best rice dishes in the Valencian Community.
