Delicatessen Ojeda is a modern establishment selling everything from typical products from Burgos, through to tempting delicacies for the most discerning gourmets: black sausages (morcilla) and Burgos fresh cheese, wines form different Spanish Designations of Origin, with particular emphasis on wines from Ribera de Duero, the best hams and sausages made with Ibérico pork, a wide range of cheeses from different origins, and premium olive oils and vinegars.
