Alkimia

The name of the restaurant is inspired by the word alquimia (alchemy), one letter of which is changed to give a sense of constant transformation and searching for perfection, which are two of the goals of the team at this restaurant. Innovative recipes with a Catalan base created by Jordi Vilá, one of the most imaginative chefs in Barcelona.
