The first restaurant in the world to specialize in sweet cuisine. It belongs to the Espai Sucre school. Both are a personal caprice of four innovative and restless professionals of Catalan gastronomy: Jordi Butrón, Xano Saguer, Guillem Vicente and Reme Butrón, whose intention has been to spread a new concept of the restaurant dessert. They believe that restaurant dessert is an element with its own personality and codes, where the result of a combination of technique and experience subtly blurs the distinctions between the concepts of sweet and savory.
