Casa Briñas is a compulsory stop en route for everyone who visits Tudela and wants to take home a souvenir of the best vegetable preserves made in this area of southern Navarre. Artichokes, leeks, borage, asparagus, Piquillo peppers and many other vegetables are sold in this shop as top quality preserves. In season, they also sell wild mushrooms and game products.
