Product : Spanish Olive Oil.
In 2005 the Belluga building, in the old quarter of Segorbe, was refurbished to house the Museo del Aceite de Segorbe (Segorbe Olive Oil Museum), as well as an agrotienda (small shop selling agricultural products) and a holiday cottage. The museum reconstructs the history of olive oil since ancient times. Visitors can marvel at a waterfall of olive oil and a replica of an olive mill and the tinajas (large earthen jars) in which this product was traditionally stored. There is also a section on La Morruda, a millennial olive tree from the municipality of Segorbe, with exhibition panels that tell its story.
