The museum provides information about the entire cultivation process, including preparing the land, planting, harvesting and the monda de la rosa (carnival of the saffron rose), as well as dehydrating, cutting, splitting and selling saffron. There are also rooms dedicated to the culinary and medicinal properties of this spice. All of the above is illustrated with information panels, photographs and videos.
