Inspired by his time with Andoni Luis Aduriz in Mugaritz, Lighter declares himself a follower of techno emotional cuisine and his aim is to put customers back in touch with nature while dining in a big city like New York. Product, nature and science are the main ingredients in his cuisine proposing a sense of enjoyment of food.
