Sobrasada with honey

Sobrasada needs a wine that refreshes and that can counter the fattiness of the pork. An example is an exotic Riesling from Pla i Llevant (Majorca).

Ingredients
Metric System Units

4 thin slices of bread, cut into small pieces
100 gr sobrasada
honey to taste

Imperial UK Units

4 thin slices of bread, cut into small pieces
3.5 oz sobrasada
honey to taste

US Units

4 thin slices of bread, cut into small pieces
0.375 cup sobrasada
honey to taste

     
     
     
Preparation

Pour a small amount of honey into a frying pan and heat. Add chunks of sobrasada, making sure that you remove the skin before placing them in the pan. Stir thoroughly until you get a rich paste. Mix in small pieces of bread before serving hot.
