Kitchen Club is a multipurpose space in one of Madrid's liveliest neighborhoods, the Triball, right alongside the Gran Vía. Managed by chef Andrés Madrigal, from Bistró Madrigal 14 restaurant, it runs numerous gastronomy-focused activities. Courses, cooking parties, events, catering, private lunches and dinners are just a few of the things they do here.
Rice is basic food in different cultures. Each one of them has developed different typical ways of preparing it. Today, this raw material has been taken to the best signature or gourmet cuisine. Kitchen Club wants to show how to prepare the dishes we consider to be the tastiest and most significant.
Soupy shellfish rice.
Course duration: 1 day 3.5 hours.
Includes lunch or dinner at the end of the lesson with: tasting what has been prepared.
