Under the motto “De España para el mundo” ("From Spain to the world"), the Escuela de Hostelería de Sevilla (Seville School of Catering) has trained professionals in the sector since 1993. It is in the city's old quarter, in fact, one of the buildings is a large 17th century stately home featuring typical Seville architecture. The school offers a range of courses, including an advanced course in Spanish Gastronomy and Culture for Hospitality and Tourism students and experienced culinary professionals. The ten-month course, which includes theory and practical sessions, is taught in both Seville and 10. Tasting sessions and tours are also organized.
